COMPENSATION FUND TO HOST EMPLOYERS OPEN SERVICE DAYS

The Department of Employment and Labour’s Compensation Fund will host Open Service Days for Employers in Kempton Park, Gauteng Province.

The primary aim of these Employer Service Days is to ensure that Employers comply with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act (COIDA).

These sessions will also create an opportunity for the Fund and Employers to deal with any challenges experienced by both, thus strengthening the relations.

A dedicated help desk will be available on-site to assist with any queries related to the submission of Return of Earnings (ROE), Employer registration, Employer assessment, Employer audits as well as any COIDA related matters.
