The Department of Employment and Labour’s Compensation Fund will host the Local Government & Supplier and Medical Service Providers (MSP) Workshops on the 27-28 July 2026 in Mthatha, Eastern Cape Province.
The Compensation Fund held similar engagements recently in Mpumalanga province.
The objectives of these engagements are to enhance Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) compliance, provide information and engage stakeholders on new developments relating to COIDA amendments
A dedicated Help Desk will be available throughout the engagements/workshops to assist with any COID-related issues.
