If evidence were needed that the massive arms deals negotiated at the recent NATO summit had nothing to do with being able to win a war, but everything to do with keeping the Epstein-class billionaire bubble afloat, consider the following: the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with a population of 680,000, no air force, and an entire military the size of a single American battalion, is teaming up with the non-nuclear weapons power of Canada, still under the control of King Charles, to create a defense fund supposedly to prepare for war with Russia. Canada and Luxembourg combined have a population of less than 42 million people and no nuclear weapons.
Prime Ministers Carney of Canada and Frieden of Luxembourg have initiated the Defence, Security, and Resilience Bank (DSRB) with headquarters in their two countries, and at the Ankara NATO Summit they recruited Albania, Belgium, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Turkey, and Ukraine to join the bank. This conglomerate surely has President Putin quaking in his boots.
Add to this that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, the former Chairman of the Supervisory Board for BlackRock’s German asset management unit has apparently secured a deal to purchase 400 Tomahawk long-range cruise missiles from the United States as part of an interim plan while Germany develops the capacity to manufacture such missiles on its own. It should be noted that the American Deputy Defense Secretary, Stephan Feinberg, who is presumably intimately involved in these arms deals, formerly was the founder of Cerberus Capital Management. While at Princeton, Feinberg’s thesis was “The Politics of Prostitution and Drug Legalization.” One has to visit the Mudd Library at Princeton to view the paper, so this writer cannot say with certainty what Feinberg’s expertise is in these matters, but one can speculate (as he surely does).
Although the March 17, 2007, London Economist assured us that President Putin would back down to an American president who threatened to use nuclear weapons if he “invaded” Ukraine, and ultimately ask to join the European Union, President Putin himself has made very clear that no such thing will happen. The Russian president has been very consistent since at least December 2021 on the non-negotiable security issues of the Russian Federation.
In the Southwest Asia theater, the delusional arrogance of the bankrupt Epstein elites is similarly on display. When 14 million Iranians turned out in Tehran to greet the funeral procession of their slain Supreme Leader and his murdered family members, Israeli war criminal Bibi Netanyahu commented that this demonstrated that the majority of the Iranian people did not support Khamenei. It is now estimated that 40 million people participated in the funeral processions across various cities, making this the largest funeral procession in history.
For his part, the mentally unstable American President Trump posted on Truth Social yesterday, “The Islamic Republic of Iran has asked us to continue ‘talks.’ We have agreed to do so, but the United States has stated to them, in no uncertain terms, that the Cease Fire is OVER!”
Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche told participants in the International Peace Coalition meeting yesterday that these and other developments mean that the work of the International Peace Coalition is needed now more than ever. Other speakers said that the world is perhaps in the most perilous situation ever in human history.

There is no local or pairwise solution to any of the “conflicts” plaguing mankind right now. The world needs the United States to reject the colonial Epstein-billionaire-elite identity that has been foisted upon it through a series of assassinations and false-flag events. Implementation of LaRouche’s Four Laws is the place to start.
